Something Ravey :: Farewell – Hellberg & TwoThirds

Farewell

By: Hellberg & TwoThirds

Now I usually don’t like house, but this piece of lovely progressive house is definitely worth every second. With a wonderful and airy intro, great sound palette, and interesting use of percussion and melody to push the song forward by far make this a definite listen. Check it out, seriously, you’ll want to rave.

Something Ravey :: Firestarter – KDrew

Firestarter

By: KDrew

Well for something ravey tonight, I decided to go with something that I feel is pretty classy. The airy nature of the song gives a good texture and unique feel. Definitely something to pick you up on a bad day.

The Hardest Part of Goodbye

This is one of my new NCS tracks that I’ve done. The Hardest Part of Goodbye is a great song about the pains of having to move on without somebody who supported you so much. I hope you find as much meaning in it as I have.

A Daily Dose of Dubstep – Feel Da Bass – Hallywood X

Feel Da Bass

By: Hallywood X

This song starts out annoying, but really it gets better as it goes. Very surprising in my opinion. It’s super catchy with its melody as well. Give it a listen and tell me what you think.

The Break Down – Last Breath – Attack Attack!

Last Breath

By: Attack Attack!

So I was launching this new column and I was like hey, why not make it a rock column? Got some crabcore for everyone to wake up to. If it’s heavy, it’s fair game for this column. Just like this wonderful Attack Attack! video for this morning.

A Daily Dose of Dubstep – Circles – KDrew

Circles

By: KDrew

Now I had an arguement with a friend the other night about KDrew. He said he didn’t like the songs with male vocals, and definitely this song begs to differ. I think it’s a wonderful song and I definitely think you should give it a listen.

A Daily Dose of Dubstep – Self Destruct – Pegboard Nerds

Self Destruct

By: Pegboard Nerds

I’m a huge fan of Pegboard nerds for many reasons. The biggest reason is because of their huge sound and catchy beats that often catch me off guard. It’s usually refreshing to hear something new by them, and Self Destruct does not disappoint.

Now this is also the first new A Daily Dose of Dubstep, but I will definitely be updating the blog more and more frequently. Soon I’m going to start getting my tumblr and other accounts going and I’m going to try to keep everyone and everything nicely connected. My facebook page is going to be a huge source as well as my twitter in the coming weeks. I might even start doing a weekly youtube video, who knows? Also I’ve been making more music so this will be a better outlet than facebook to give more details about my personal projects.
